In the same room there will be a scene where there will be author interviews and readings.

We need people who are willing to help with a lot of practical things like assisting speakers, sitting in the reception etc. This is a perfect way to meet fans and authors and understand how the convention works. If you are interested, please contact Helena Kiel at email@example.com.
Code of Conduct
An sf convention is meant to be enjoyable and safe for the members.
Discussions and conversations where opinions differ are a part of the convention but it is assumed that all members behave in a friendly way and with respect for each other. Please use microphones when available.
Violence, threats, harassments and aggressive or inconsiderate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
The convention committee decides if a conduct is acceptable or not. If the conduct is deemed to be unacceptable, the committee may take measures ranging from a reprimand to expulsion from the convention without refund of the membership fee.
Please contact a member of the committee if you or someone else is subjected to unacceptable behaviour or if there is anything else that the committee should be aware of or should correct.
